Why did I create this space?
As we reflect on the journey that has brought us to this juncture in life, it is fascinating to recognize that every step has been shaped by the decisions we have made along the way. Whether in our personal or professional realms, decision-making stands as the cornerstone of our journey and remains a pivotal factor in determining the trajectory of our success. The power to make informed and strategic decisions is not just a skill; it’s a superpower that propels us toward our goals and aspirations. This space is meant to share and allow you to harness this superpower to unlock new levels of achievement and fulfillment in both our careers and personal lives.
What is sound objectivity?
sound objectivity is a mental space where perspective is at the center of your decision making process allowing us to make decisions free from personal bias but centered around facts and our sound, rational being.
My goal is simple: to provide a framework, a mindset based on sound, rational, fact based reasoning devoid of bias, non-emotional and rash decision making. A mental place to help you identify and consider new perspectives; perspective which will lead you to decisions that help you learn and lead the most complete and fulfilling life.
I will achieve this by sharing my captivating journey, invaluable knowledge and insights I have gained throughout my career (and life). There have been many successes and lessons I have learned (some the hard way). Failure is only true when a lesson is not learned. In this space, I speak of blessings and lessons, not failure.
In every podcast episode and blog article, we will grow and learn as I will share my experiences and the blessings and lessons that came with them. As an experienced leader and mentor, I have advised and guided countless individuals and professionals in overcoming the challenges of finding their dream job, build a meaningful life and get “un-stuck.” Here is your opportunity to change; start to view everything in a new light, a new perspective.
